![]() ABSOLUT Apeachpolitan: 1 1/2 oz Absolut Apeach, 1 oz Triple Sec,1/2 oz fresh lime juice, a splash cranberry juice, and lemon zest. Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wedge or a slice of peach. |

![]() After dinner, serve a dark roast coffee and selection of liqueurs including 2’s decadent new after-dinner drink, Baileys Indian Summer. Ed rims a glass in honey using a pastry brush, then dips the glass in shredded coconut. He adds ice cubes and pours in a shot of Baileys Irish Cream. The combination of honey, coconut and Baileys is excellent. |
