Katherine and Jason met at Toronto’s York University in 2003, and are getting married in July. They had been apart for six months as Jason lives and works in Bremerhaven, Germany, as a professional hockey player. Jason is one of the league’s most popular players (check out this video his fans posted on YouTube!) and had recently returned to Canada after a busy season. Katherine is currently working on her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Toronto, is employed part-time as a Communication Disorders Assistant and does some research at The Hospital for Sick Children. When Jason returned, they desperately needed to spend some quality private time together to reconnect as he had to return to Germany in the fall while Katherine completes her final year of university. They want to make the most of every moment together, and 2’s Couple Makeover at Club Med Columbus Isle in The Bahamas got them off to a great start!
