1.Collecting seashells to bring home to their nephews.

2. Sleeping in! Their room was super comfortable and quiet.

3. Sailing a Hobie Cat. It was more work and wetter than they thought it would be, but really exciting and a lot of fun.

4. Snorkelling with a stingray in the clear blue sea.

5. The San Salvador island tour. They loved seeing Long Bay, where Christopher Columbus is said to have first made landfall in 1492, and had fun climbing to the top of Dixon Hill Lighthouse for a great view.

6. Jet skiing to a private island called High Cay with beautiful coral cliffs and beaches, and a private thatched roof palapas for shade.

7. Playing tennis and working out at the fitness centre.

8. Learning archery from Karine, a fellow Canadian G.O. (a.k.a. Gracious Organizer, the name given to Club Med’s friendly and energetic staff members). Jason hit the target every time...and Katherine came really close.

9. After-dinner drinks by the glowing pool and playing blackjack at Casino Night.

10. The food! Every night there was a different themed buffet with lots of dishes to choose from. Their favourite was Mexican night.
